Title |
Transcriptomic signature of spinal cord from SOD1 G86R mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report transcriptomic dysregulations in the spinal cord of symptomatic SOD1 G86R mice by RNA sequencing. We found that genes related to immune system, lysosom, and sphingolipids had altered level of expression. These results were used to perform an integrated joint analysis with data from a metabolomic study.

Overall design |
5 spinal cord samples from SOD1 G86R mice and 5 spinal cord samples of non-transgenic control mice were analyzed.
