Title Valdivieso A, Ribas L, Piferrer F. Ovarian transcriptomic signatures of zebrafish females resistant to different environmental perturbations.
Organism Danio rerio
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Two-condition experiment, Control vs. High density level. Biological replicates: ovaries of 6 control replicates and ovaries of 6 high density level replicates.

Overall design At 6 days post fertilization, fish were placed in 2.8-liter tanks. The high density effects were studied during gonadal development (6–90 dpf) at 74 fish/liter condition. At 90 dpf, fish were sacrificed and gonads were dissected and flash frozen. RNA was extracted by Trizol (Sigma) and were hybridized individually in 4x44K Agilent platform (G2519F).
