Summary |
To further investigate the pathogenesis of syphilis with diabetes, we used a gene chip expression profile from a rabbit model of syphilis with diabetes as a discovery platform to identify potential genes. Grouped into normal control group (n=2) and syphilis combined with diabetes group (n=3).

Construction of a syphilis and diabetic rabbit model and construction of gene expression profiles. For each experiment, three independent experiments were performed using different donors.
