Title |
Dissecting the dynamics of signaling events in the BMP,WNT and NODAL cascade during self-organized fate patterning in human gastruloids |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To determine the in vivo cellular identity of BMP-treated human embryonic stem cells (hESCs), we performed bulk RNA sequencing data of hESCs under pluripotency and BMP-treated conditions. Our analyses show that BMP-treated hESCs resemble human trophoblast cells in vivo.

Overall design |
mRNA profiles of four different samples, each with two biological replicates. Samples: 1) hESCs in mTeSR1 for 48h, 2) hESCs in mTeSR1+BMP4 for 48h, 3) hESCs in mTeSR1+BMP4+IWP2 for 48h, 4) hESCs in mTeSR1+BMP4+SB for 48h
