hESCs in Sample1 were kept in mTeSR1 for 48h in the growth conditions. hESCs in Samples 2, 3 and 4 were also kept in mTeSR1 but treated with 10ng/ml BMP4, 10ng/ml BMP4 + 4μM IWP2, and 10ng/ml BMP4 + 10μM SB431542 respectively for 48h.

Data processing |
Reads were aligned to the genome using STAR-2.6.1d software with the 2-pass procedure STAR output was quantified using RSEM-1.3.1. Alignment and quantification were performed separately for each replicate. Genome_build: UCSC hg38 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Excel file with Fragments per kilobase per transcript per million (FPKM) values obtained from RSEM for each replicate in each sample.
