Summary |
Gene expression profiling was performed on dnCRTC-expressing vs GFP-expressing lung cancer A549 cells, and genes that were differentially regulated by dnCRTC vs GFP were identified.

Overall design |
There were two groups of A549 cells: one transduced with pMSCV retroviruses expressing GFP control and the other transduced with pMSCV retroviruses expressing dnCRTC [CRTC1(1-55aa)-nls-GFP]. Two biological replicates for each group were included. Cells were independently cultured and RNAs were then harvested for microarray analysis.
