Title |
Effects of 4-nitrophenol on testicular somatic cells [TM4] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
These data suggested that TM3 and TM4 cells showed different responses to PNP, which might mediate different toxic mechanisms.

Overall design |
Here we utilized two testicular somatic cell lines (TM3 and TM4) to explore the possible toxic effects of PNP on male reproductive system. TM3 and TM4 cells were exposed to 10 μM PNP for 24 h. After the exposure experiment, Agilent mouse mRNA Array was used to identify gene expression changes in the control and PNP treated TM3 and TM4 cells.
