Overall design |
To identify genes which are differentially expressed in Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC13032 pAN6-cg1978 in comparison to the empty vector control ATCC13032 pAN6 , DNA microarray analyses with these strains were performed. For this purpose RNA was isolated from cells cultivated in CGXII minimal medium with 2% glucose (w/v) and harvested at OD600 = 6. Three biological replicates were performed.
