Summary |
To examine the effects of antibiotics on gene expression in the prostate of a mouse model of prostate cancer fed a high-fat diet, we extracted RNA from the prostates of high-fat diet fed mice with or without antibiotics treatment, and compared their gene expressions with the two groups using microarrays.
