Summary Using RNA-Seq, mRNA from 54 retinae were sequenced from male chicks in which myopia development was inhibited by one of five growth inhibitory treatments.
 
Overall design Examination of mRNA levels in 54 retina samples across two timepoints (4 and 24 hours) and seven conditions (untreated, FDM, FDM and Atropine, FDM and Pirenzepine, FDM and ADTN, FDM and TPMPA, and Recovery from FDM).
