Summary We provide differentially gene expression between young and aged CD8 T-cells from WT or PD-1-/- mice with or without MC38 tumors.
 
Overall design CD8 T-cells were isolated from young or aged C57BL/6 mice with either WT or PD-1-/- genotype by CD8a micro beads. Tumore bearing mice were sacrificed 9 days after MC38 cell inoculation.
