Summary |
To further development of our gene expression approach to chemotherapy resistance, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes implicated in cisplatin resistance in gastric cancer cells.

Overall design |
Constructed cisplation resistant gastric cancer cells BGC-R and SGC-R, and their pantental sensitive cells BGC823 and SGC7901 were harvested for RNA extraction. And Arraystar_Human_LncRNA_8x60k v3.0 microarray was applied to measure the gene expression profiles.
