Title Development of gene expression signatures for cisplatin resistance in gastric cancer cells

Summary To further development of our gene expression approach to chemotherapy resistance, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes implicated in cisplatin resistance in gastric cancer cells.
 
Overall design Constructed cisplation resistant gastric cancer cells BGC-R and SGC-R, and their pantental sensitive cells BGC823 and SGC7901 were harvested for RNA extraction. And Arraystar_Human_LncRNA_8x60k v3.0 microarray was applied to measure the gene expression profiles.
