Title |
Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Wild Type and OsPEP1 Ri1 transgenic line in response to exogenous PEP1 Transcriptomes |
Organism |
Oryza sativa |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We used the NGS techonoly to compare the gene’s transcripts at rice whole genome levels of the WT (XS134) and OsPEP1 Ri1 transgenic line in response to the exogenous PEP1 signal. We found that the expgenous PEP1-mediated signal were blocked in OsPEP1 Ri1 transgenic line, but the application of exogenous PEP1 could restore this PEP1-mediated signal to the WT (XS134) level.
