Overall design |
A few hundred wild-type Ciona intestinalis embryos were collected at 12 hours post fertilization (hpf). Embryos were dissociated and loaded into 10X Chromium cell controller, single-cell library was prepared using Chromium Single Cell 3' v2 Reagent kit following the manufacturer's manual.
