Title CDC-like Kinase 4 Deficiency Contributes to Pathological Cardiac Hypertrophy by Modulating NEXN Phosphorylation
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary To investigate how sustained NEXN phosphorylation ameliorated the pathological phenotype in Clk4-cKO mice. We performed microarray analysis in the Clk4-cKO myocardium treated with AAV NEXN-S437E, wherein AAV NEXN-WT served as a control.

Overall design Clk4-cKO myocardium treated with AAV NEXN-S437E, wherein AAV NEXN-WT served as a control. n = 3 animals for each group.
