Summary |
we examined how HS-reduced fibroblasts are involved in the proliferation of colon cancer by using mice in which Ext-1 expression is specifically suppressed in fibroblasts.

Overall design |
We prepared mouse colon cancer (MC38) cells. We transplanted the cells to wild type (WT) and Ext1 flox/flox; S100a4-Cre mice (N=4 each). We removed the developing tumors from mouse subcutaneous area 25 to 30 days later and extracted RNA from whole tumors. Finally, we performed RNA microarray analysis.
