Summary |
The study was conducted to characterize the mutant; identify the candidate gene for the mutant trait with the map-based cloning approach; investigate the segregation of target gene with the mutant characteristics, and examine the metabolic pathways of differentially expressed genes between WT and its mutant with comparative transcriptome analysis. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of wild type and its mutant.
