Title RNA uridylation percentages for virus of the Secoviridae family

Summary Using 3' RACE-seq method, we analyzed global 3’ terminal RNA uridylation profiles of Secovirus RNAs.
 
Overall design 3’ RACE-seq method was used to measure poly(A) tail sizes and analyze uridylation levels. This protocol is based on the ligation of a primer at the 3’ end of RNA, and the subsequent targeted amplification by PCR of amplicons suitable for Illumina sequencing.
