Summary
We analyzed the RNA expression profiles of the mutants of four memebrs of Arabidopsis PHR1 family to understand their roles in regulating plant responses to phosphate starvation
Overall design
Total RNAs were extracted from the roots of 8-day-old seedlings grown under Pi sufficiency and deficiency. All RNA samples were subjected to sequencing using next generation sequencing technology. Three biological replicates were used for all genotypes.
