Summary Vitamin A induces changes in NK cell transcriptome, phenotype and function
 
Overall design NK cells were sorted from spleen, and treated for 7 days with all-trans retinoic acid or equvalent volume of DMSO (solvent control), in presence of IL-2. Three independent experiments were performed.
