Title Adult and larval tracheal systems exhibit different molecular architectures in Drosophila
Organism Drosophila melanogaster
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We analysed the RNA-seq profile of larval and adult trachea of the fruitfly Drosophila melanogaster, as well as from whole flies.

Overall design We dissected the tissue manually and synthezised cDNA. Low amounts of cDNA were amplified via PCR and used for RNA sequencing.
