Summary |
To investigate the molecular mechanism of tobacco flower in response to the cold treatment, transcriptomic analysis was performed using Agilent Tobacco Gene Expression Microarrays.

Overall design |
The seedling of two flue cured tobacco varieties (Xingyan 1 and YunYan 85) with six true-leaf were grown at 28°C and 12°C for 10 days, and stem tips were collected for microarrays analysis.
