Title Microarray expression profile analysis of tobaccos responding to chilling stress

Summary To investigate the molecular mechanism of tobacco flower in response to the cold treatment, transcriptomic analysis was performed using Agilent Tobacco Gene Expression Microarrays.
 
Overall design The seedling of two flue cured tobacco varieties (Xingyan 1 and YunYan 85) with six true-leaf were grown at 28°C and 12°C for 10 days, and stem tips were collected for microarrays analysis.
