Title SRCAP Mutations Drive Clonal Hematopoiesis Through Epigenetic and DNA Repair Dysregulation [Cut & Run]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Other
Summary To investigate how Srcap mutations confer mutant hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) with selective advantage after transplantation
We assessed SRCAP chromatin remodeling and corresponding H2A.Z incorporation using Cut-and-run sequencing

Overall design We established Srcap heterozygous mutant murine competitive transplantation model. Donor test (CD45.2+) HSPCs in the bone marrow were sored and isolated at 12 weeks post-transplantation for Cut-and-run sequencing
