Overall design |
A total of 12 samples were analyzed: three ICR lenses samples without cataracts (4weeks), each three ICR lens samples with cortical opacity (8weeks, 10weeks), and SD rat lens samples without cataracts (4weeks, 8weeks, 10weeks), Genes whose expression fluctuated from 4 to 8 or 10 weeks of age in the ICR were extracted. In addition, genes whose expression fluctuated from 4 to 8 or 10 weeks of age in SD rats to exclude genes whose expression fluctuated as the ICR grew and genes common to fluctuating genes in the ICR were excluded from the refinement.
