Title Effect of ARL11 overexpression on gene expression of MDA-MB-231 cells during olaparib treatment
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the function ARL11 in the regulation of PARPi resistance, we established MDA-MB-231 cells overexpressing ARL11. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of ARL11 overexpression or vector control MDA-MB-231 cells treated with or without Olaparib.

Overall design 5×10^5 ARL11 overexpression or vector control MDA-MB-231 cells were plated on 10 cm dishes and cultured for 24 hours. Cells were then treated with either 40 μM DMSO or Olaparib for 3 days. Cells were lysed for RNA extraction and cDNA library construction and RNA-seq analysis;
