Title |
Effect of ARL11 overexpression on gene expression of MDA-MB-231 cells during olaparib treatment |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the function ARL11 in the regulation of PARPi resistance, we established MDA-MB-231 cells overexpressing ARL11. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of ARL11 overexpression or vector control MDA-MB-231 cells treated with or without Olaparib.

Overall design |
5×10^5 ARL11 overexpression or vector control MDA-MB-231 cells were plated on 10 cm dishes and cultured for 24 hours. Cells were then treated with either 40 μM DMSO or Olaparib for 3 days. Cells were lysed for RNA extraction and cDNA library construction and RNA-seq analysis;
