Overall design |
13 lymph nodes from wild type mice and 9 from ATG5LEC-KO mice were isolated and digested, endothelial cells (viable CD31+ Ter1119- CD45-) and immune cells (viable CD45+ Ter119- CD31-) were sorted and pooled for further sequencing analysis
