Summary We used scSEQ analysis to assess differences in the local tumor draining lymph node microenviroment, both on endothelial cells and immune cells
 
Overall design 13 lymph nodes from wild type mice and 9 from ATG5LEC-KO mice were isolated and digested, endothelial cells (viable CD31+ Ter1119- CD45-) and immune cells (viable CD45+ Ter119- CD31-) were sorted and pooled for further sequencing analysis
