tumor draining lymph nodes (inguinal) were isolated and processed following the protocol described in (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.xpro.2022.101267). Single cell suspensions were stained with a Viability dye, CD45, CD31 and Ter119 antibodies for further sorting. Library was performed according to the manufacter’s instructions (23-24117(02)).
