Title Longitudinal changes in DNA methylation associated with clozapine use in treatment-resistant schizophrenia from two international cohorts
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Methylation profiling by array
Summary 126 Peripheral whole blood samples from 26 individuals across two independent cohorts were collected prior to clozapine initiation, 4-12 weeks after initiation, and a 6 months after initiation.

Overall design Bisulphite converted DNA from the 126 samples were hybridised to either the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip (KCL samples) or the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC BeadChip (UMC)
