Summary |
Here we perform single cell sequencing to examine the impact of aducanumab treatment on the transcriptome of immune cells of aged AD mice bearing knock-in of human APOE variants in the murine APOE locus, treated either with aducanumab or an IgG control.

Overall design |
We isolated Cd45+ cells from the hippocampal and cortical regions of 60-week-old 5XFAD-hemizygous mice bearing homozygous knock-in of APOE2, APOE3, or APOE4 in the murine Apoe allele after 7d treatment with either aducanumab or an IgG control i.p. Cells were hashed and sequenced as a single library by 10X 5'v2 single cell sequencing.
