Title Transcriptomic analysis of Drosophila leg disc associated myoblasts

Summary Adult leg muscle precursors are associated to leg imaginal disc, here we provide bulk RNA sequecing of FACS sorted myoblasts from dissected imaginal leg discs at beginning of pupation.
 
Overall design Drosophila leg discs were dissected from 0h after pupae formation. Leg disc cells were dissociated in collagenase and papain solution and cell-sorted using. RNA from GFP positive myoblasts and from control cells (whole leg disc cells) were extracted for analysis by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina NextSeq sequencing platform.
