Overall design Purified and extracted RNA from pelleted immortalized mouse lung epithelial cells (FE1) exposed to 0 - 118 ug/mL zinc oxide (ZnO), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), nickel oxide (NiO), and titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles (NPs) and microparticles (MPs), as well as zinc chloride (ZnCl2), aluminum chloride (AlCl3), and nickel chloride (NiCl2) for 2, 24, and 48 Hrs.
