Overall design |
To investigate the RNA binding landscape of the Arabidopsis thaliana SR34a protein during early seedling establishment, we performed iCLIP2 experiments in germinated seeds expressing the SR34a-GFP or GFP alone (control) grown 44 hours in continuous light and transferred to a control or ABA-containing medium during 2 hours.
