Title |
Chromatin and gene expression profile at single nuclei level of CD45+ leukocytes from the rhesus brain parenchyma |
Organism |
Macaca mulatta |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We used Chromium Single Cell Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression to analyze CD45+ leukocytes in the rhesus macaque brain during homeostasis and chronic SIV infection
|
|
|
Overall design |
Leukocytes (CD45+ cells) of previously cryopreserved rhesus macaque brain single cell suspensions were isolated using MACS CD45 microbeads/column purification followed by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence of absence of CD45 signal. Nuclei were extracted according to 10x protocols and analyzed using single snATACseq
