Summary |
We examined the role of HES1 in high salt response as a novel regulator of NFAT5. We analyzed gene expression of HeLa cells under isoosmotic and high salt condition.

Overall design |
HeLa cells were transfected with siControl, siNFAT5 and siHES1. mRNA samples were obtained from the transfected cells 7.5 hours after osmotic stress treatment (isoosmotic or high salt). The samples were amplified, labeled and hybridized to the Clariom S Array human (Thermo Fisher Scientific). The data were analyzed with Affymetrix Expression Console Software 1.4.1 offered SST-RMA using Affymetrix default analysis settings.
