Title |
Identification of essential transporter genes in the colorectal carcinoma cell model HCT116 by focused CRISPR/Cas9 KO screens. |

Summary |
Transporters such as solute carriers (SLCs) are required to transport substrates such as nutrients or metals across cellular membranes. We here aimed to indentify which transporters are required for the proliferation of HCT116 WT and KO cells (SLC16A1, SLC16A3, SLC16A13, SLC25A28, SLC25A37 and SLC6A8 KOs).
