Summary Agilent 44K whole genome studies were used to correlate gene expression values with mutations found in massively parallel sequencing experiments.
 
Overall design 77 patients were profiled using Agilent's two-color microarray platform. Tumor(cy5) was co-hybridized to a reference(cy3).
