Title |
RNA profiling for mouse B cells by drug treatment |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We used genome-wide transcriptome analysis to profile the mRNA, long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) expression of mouse splenic B cells which were treated with JQ1+ (80nM), Flavopiridol (30nM) and Control for 3 days.

|
Overall design |
CD43+ negative isolated mouse splenic B cells (CD43-) were teated with Trizol for RNA preparation.
