One-color microarray-based gene expression analysis protocol provided by Agilent including the one-color RNA spike-in kit (v5.0.1, 2006)
Hybridization protocol |
Samples were hybridized on an Agilent Platform using the Agilent Arabidopsis V4 (design number 021169) microarray chips (http://www.agilent.com) with one-color microarray-based gene expression analysis protocol provided by Agilent including the one-color RNA spike-in kit (v5.0.1, 2006).

Agilent Microarray Scanner, extended dynamic range (XDR) at high resolution (5 µm)
Description |
enriched guard cell fraction of Arabidopsis thaliana
Data processing |
Data sets were extracted by the feature extraction software package (v9.5.3.1/ Agilent Technologies) using a standard protocol. Subsequently data were normalized using quantile-quantile as normalization method (bioconductor package "preprocessCore").
