Description |
Freshly isolated Bronchial Epithelial Cells Bronchoscopy with endobronchial epithelial brushing was performed as previously described (Chu et al., 2002; Zhao et al., 2011). The bronchial brushings generally comprised >90% epithelial cells and were placed into Trizol for mRNA analysis.
