100ng of total RNA was amplified using Ambion® WT Expression Kit from life technologies (Part Number 4411974) according to manufactures protocols, then 5500ng cDNA was fragmented and labeled using Affymetrix WT terminal labeling kit (part number 900671) according to manufactures protocols.

Hybridization protocol |
Labeled cDNA was hybridized according to Affymetrix protocols. ~16hr incubation and then washed and stained according to Affymetrix protocols on Affymetrix 450 Fluidics Station.
