3. RNA with RIN > 8.0 were treated with DNase (Invitrogen) and column purified using RNeasy mini-kit (Qiagen)

Label protocol Samples were labeled according to Agilent One-Color microarray-based gene expression analysis; low input Quick amp labeling protocol (v.6)
 
Hybridization protocol RNA was hybridized to Agilent bovine 4x44K slides according to the hybridization procedures in the QuickAmp Labeling kit manual. Hybridized slides were also washed and dried according to that protocol.
Scan protocol Slides were scanned on Agilent Technologies Scanner G2505C US85003609.
