Sample GSM1614013 Query DataSets for GSM1614013
Status Public on Jul 01, 2015
Title SHR_E16.0_kidney3 [exon-level]
Sample type RNA

Source name SHR-E16.0 kidney
Organism Rattus norvegicus
Characteristics strain: SHR
age: E16.0
tissue: kidney
Treatment protocol not applicable
Growth protocol Rat embryonic kidney dissected at day E15.5/E16.0 respectively
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol embryonic kidneys were harvested, snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80°C. Total RNA preparations of male kidney tissues were performed for MWF rats at developmental stage E15.5 and SHRs at E16.0 (n=4) using the RNeasy Micro Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The quality and concentration of the purified total RNA were confirmed by spectroscopy.
Label biotin
Label protocol Terminal labeling kits (Ambion, New-York, USA)

Hybridization protocol Arrays were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450
Scan protocol Affymetrix GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G using GeneChip® Operating Software (GCOS) for image processing
Description LEO-MWF-19-Leo_302-220212-RatGe-St1-0.CEL
Data processing After normalization the arrays have been checked for outliers by principal component analysis (PCA), using a correlation dispersion matrix and normalized Eigenvector scaling. The analysis of differential expression of summarized gene level expression has been performed with Partek Genomic Suite version 6.5
