Treatment protocol |
Fibroblasts were dissociated with 0.05% trypsin at 37°C, 5% CO2 for 5minutes and collected by centrifugation; iPSCs were dissociated with 1mg/ml collagenase IV at 37°C, 5% CO2 for 5 minutes, manually detached and collected by centrifugation

Growth protocol |
Fibroblasts were maintained in Dulbecco’s modified eagle medium (DMEM) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), 2 mM L-glutamine, 100 µM nonessential amino acids and 0.5% penicillin and streptomycin. iPSCs were cultured in 1:1 ratio of DMEM:F12 medium supplemented with 20% KSR at 37°C, 5% CO2.
