Hybridization protocol Serum was diluted 1:200 from stocks (maintained at -80 deg. C. in) in PBS + 0.5% Tween 20 (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO) and 3% fetal calf serum (Omega Scientific, Tarzana CA). Post primary incubation, washed arrays were incubated with Goat anti-Human IgG conjugated to Cy5 (Jackson Immunoresearch, West Grove, PA).
Scan protocol Arrays were scanned using an Axon digital scanning system (Molecular Devices, Sunnyvale, CA)
Data processing Array images were analyzed using GenePix 6.0 software (Molecular Devices)
