tissue: Colon genotype: wild type treatment: H2O
|
Treatment protocol |
Mice were assigned to control group (continous access to plain drinking water) or to colitis group [4% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) for 7 days]. At sacrifice, whole colon was colected, washed, and flash-frozen in liquuid N2 for RNA isolation.
|
Growth protocol |
6-8 week old mice housed in conventional animal facility monitored and free of common murine pathogens (MHV, MPV, MVM, TMEV, Mycoplasma pulmonis, Sendai, EDIM, MNV, and eco- and endoparasites)
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Trizol extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions, followed by column purification (Qiagen Mini RNA kit)

Description |
Gene expression data from colon of wild-type mice treated with H2O
|
Data processing |
The data were analyzed with GeneSpring 13.1.1, using ExonRMA16 summarization algorithm; quantile sample normalization with baseline transformation to median of all samples
