Sample GSM2199856 Query DataSets for GSM2199856
Status Public on Nov 30, 2016
Title Control_2
Sample type SRA

Source name dsPolyhedrin
Organism Blattella germanica
Characteristics developmental stage: Nymph 6 day 2
genotype/variation: control
tissue: Whole body
Treatment protocol 5-day-old fifth instar female nymphs were treated with a 3µg of dsBgDicer-1 twice, first just after the emergency and secondly 3 days later, and were dissected 2 days after molting to the last (sixth) nymphal instar (Lozano et al 2015). As control we followed the same protocol but injecting dsPolyhedrin.
Growth protocol Blattella germanica specimens used for the whole transcriptome analysis were obtained from a population reared at the Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (CSIC-UPF). Conditions were 70% humidity at 30 ºC and a commercial dog food diet.
