Description ProLib12
Data processing ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data were mapped to human genome using BWA.
Pro-seq data were mapped to human genome using Bowtie.
Bedgraph files of ChIP-seq data were generated using Homer.
For the calculation of percentage of CpG island-associated peaks, ChIP-seq peaks are called by ChIPseeqer (Giannopoulou and Elemento, 2011).
Average gene plots of Pro-seq data were generated using Homer.
Genome_build: hg19
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: peaks for ChIP-Seq, RPKM normalized data for RNA-Seq, peaks data for PRO-Seq
