tissue: shoot
Treatment protocol Plants were grown under normal light conditions (80 µmol quanta m-2s-1) or treated with 6 h high light (800 µmol quanta m-2s-1)
Growth protocol Arabidopsis thaliana wildtype and mutants were grown in soil for total 4 weeks under short-day conditions (8 h light / 16 h dark)
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using the peqGOLD Total RNA Kit according to the manufacturer´s instruction
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol.

Hybridization protocol Hybridization (16h x 45°C) was processed according to the standard Affymetrix protocol.
Scan protocol Affymetrix GeneArray Scanner3000
Description C_oastlB_1
Gene expression data from shoots of 28-day-old Arabidopsis oastlB grown in normal light
Data processing The data were analyzed with a commercial software called JMP Genomics, version 6, from SAS. Gene expression profiling was performed using arrays of Aragene_1.0st-type from Affymetrix. A Custom CDF Version 20 with TAIR based gene definitions was used to annotate the arrays. The Raw fluorescence intensity values were normalized applying quantile normalization, RMA background correction and Medianpolish Probeset Summary
