Status Public on Feb 18, 2005
Title GAL2Cy3B
Sample type RNA

Source name Georgia, liver, replicate individual 2, labeled with Cy3
Organism Fundulus heteroclitus
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description Samples were from one of three populations (ME for Maine, NJ for New Jersey, and GA for Georgia), and from one of three tissues (L for liver, H for heart, and B for brain). There were three replicate individuals per population-tissue (1, 2, or 3). So in total there were 27 samples. Each sample was hybridized 4 times - twice labeled with Cy3 ("Cy3A" or "Cy3B") and twice with Cy5 ("Cy5A" or "Cy5B").
