Status Public on Feb 18, 2005
Title MEL2Cy5A
Sample type RNA

Source name Maine, liver, replicate individual 2, labeled with Cy5
Organism Fundulus heteroclitus
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description Samples were from one of three populations (ME for Maine, NJ for New Jersey, and GA for Georgia), and from one of three tissues (L for liver, H for heart, and B for brain). There were three replicate individuals per population-tissue (1, 2, or 3). So in total there were 27 samples.
